Is this verbal abuse or not?

Hey guys, this is my first forum btw, so i was playing chess and then this guy in the chat accused me of cheating, i didn’t cheat, i played fair and square and also it was bullet, I’m pretty sure he is a little angry cuz he lost but idk, here is the game: [removed] but what i want to know is if it is reasonable to report people like this so i don’t make the same mistake in the future

It doesn’t allow me to see the chat. Can you just post what he said?

It also doesn’t let me see because chess.com doesn’t save chats, but here’s what i can remember: first he gave a then he said something in Arabic, probably a swear, then he said i am a cheater and will report me

if you see smth weird in chat, first screenshot it for proof, and block the users name.

i mean cover it up, so that you aren't public accusing, which is bad.

I got accused of cheating in chat, and then blocked so the chat disappeared.

yes but then they can report you, and you can get warnings, so report them too

I haven't gotten any warnings so far.
I am fairly sure someone reported me recently.
But nothing came of it.

There is a special link on the Support page for escalating serious or urgent abuse. (Based on what you said, I don't think this would qualify for that escalation but a regular report does have effects and thousands are warned, muted or closed afterwards.)
