AFAIK it's OK, and the prices are fair.

I've bought stuff from them before with no problems.

AVOID THEM .  THEY ARE THIEFS.  Several years I purchased an e-book from them.  They took my money but never delivered.   I sent them several e-mails and they never responded, and blocked my e-mails as spam.

I've used them and also visited their physical shop in London. The website is a bit old fashioned but it works OK. Bought some small stuff online from them and had no problems at all.

Ah good. I've ordered something from there now but I've done it through paypal too just in case theres any trouble

They have aways been good to me - and club sets at very good prices

My personal experiences with them have been positive - they sell high-quality stuff at very reasonable prices and their customer service is very good. Smile

I don't see how you can say they have good customer service, when they ignor your inquires and block you as spam.  They took my money and ran.

I ordered express delivery so hopefully my order should arrive sometime today!

I am sorry they ignored your inquiries and blocked you as spam - incredible behaviour because of the negative publicity it is liable to generate. Frown My experiences differ and I have dealt with them on several occasions without any hint of a problem. How did you pay, and wasn't there any buyer protection built into the method of payment?

Sadly it's now 8pm on the day it should be delivered (I ordered next business day when I ordered on saturday) and I'm still waiting. So far not impressed, although I'm hoping there's just a delivery problem and it will arrive late tonight.

If you ordered Saturday then it's possible that the store was closed on Sunday and your order was only processed today, making "next business day" Tuesday. I've bought lots from them before and never had a problem.

Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day and arrive the next working day.

The receipts from the website and from paypal are both well before 1pm on saturday I'm afraid. Hopefully it will still arrive within the next few minutes but I don't have my hopes up. Even if it still arrived, I've been in all day waiting for it and it's not the kind of service you expect for an additional £7.50

I agree - not good service. Typically British though. Frown If someone orders by express delivery there is usually a pretty good reason for doing so, such as meeting a birthday deadline. I would email to tell them, politely but firmly, that you are none too happy that they did not meet their obligations and asking what they intend to do about it. A refund or voucher to cover the additional cost (and then some) would be appropriate. And an apology, of course.

Please let us know how you get on.

Jamielane22 - Did your order arrive??

Avatar of jamielane22

It arrived the morning after quite early on. I've decided to give the benefit of the doubt considering although it was NDD, it still arrived faster than the standard shipping date, so it still arrived a bit faster.

I'd purchase from there again but I probably wouldn't get express delivery because I wasted a nice sunny day sat around waiting for a package when I could have been out doing something!
