There just seems to be a HUGE increase in the number of stupid/ignorant posts.  And apparently no one is able to figure out how to contact Help and Support????

From the looks of things, chess.com members have no clue how to:

Play chess:

To many examples to name.

Find help and Support:

"How do i report someone?"  How do you find your way around your home?  How do you get to work?

Understand the rules of chess:

"My opponent made an illegal move" - aka en passant

Everyone cheats:

Must have been a fire sale on "lag switches"

Concern over rating:

"I lost a point" yea...actual post.

thoes are the heros. The ppl with the least amount of accomplishments in life are the most desperate for positive attention. You will also notice that most of them are uneducated and mostly very dull. The queuing system here makes it so that useless threads will soon find their way into obscurity, as will the "heros".

I don't think that. But I do think that there had been an increase in troll-posting.
