Your puzzle rating doesn't really change anything it's just a rating for puzzles. You're still plagued by all 1100 problems, mostly outright blunders. But you also seem to have a problem with time management. Even in puzzles you take way too long to solve basic tactics which would explain the rating disparity, a relatively common occurrence.

Puzzle rating doesn't really change anything is an oversimplification imo. With a puzzle rating that high above your normal rating its very easy to make some minor adjustments and see massive gains in elo. Esp at 1100
Don’t overthink your rating
In my opinion Puzzle rush would be better for rapid and the normal puzzles for daily.
People bragging about a puzzle rating at 1100 elo is like people bragging that they can do CrossFit when they can only bench 135 pounds
If my post came out as bragging, that was not my intent. I was purely looking for advice to improve my game, and I'm grateful for the responses I've received so far.
