I have only played a few games but its like there's no value to win or lose! 6 games 6 wins but some guys make a few moves then abort! Does it get better with higher rated players or is it a norm here!?

New players often don't realize what Daily/correspondence games actually are so will sometimes time out or just abort if they realize and don't want to play that style.
It does get better as you play more established players.
