Just reached 1300 elo how to increase it from here?

I have just reached 1300 rating in blitz now I feel of not playing more games because I am afraid it will drop. How to overcome this fear ?
It’s a fear many share, including me, when worrying about losing rating milestones. My advice? Look at your rating graph / other peoples’ graphs and see that even with serious improvement it comes in peaks and troughs. Here’s mine for instance:
here’s my blitz year for instance - see the general trend is comfortably up, but there have been awful awful days. It’s part of chess, love it or loathe it. The only way to cement a rating is to play so much you go beyond it consistently.
