I think you have to treat chess as a body sport, it seems to be quite violent. When you compare this particular approach to the martial arts, you find a distinct way of acknowledging differentiation. Your approach is probably genetic, thus you are only watching a choice being made. The most accurate way to approach this is probably based on previous experiences, however, you must also acknowledge that what you are facing is a machine and not a person. You are talking to the dead my friend, if anyone is actually saying something at the other end the likelihood is that they're trying to make you pay.
JUST THE BEGINNING

I LIKE THE WAY YOU THINK. CHESS IS DEFINITELY A CONTACT SPORT. I DO BELIVEVE POSITION IS THE KEY,AND I AM TRULY LACKING IN THIS AREA. I FEEL AS THOUGH I AM ALWAYS A MOVE BEHIND(MORE LIKE SEVERAL).THIS AT TIMES CAN BE QUITE DISCOURAGING,BUT I WALK AWAY FROM EACH GAME A BETTER PLAYER. I AM NOT DISTRACTED BY WINNING AT THIS EARLY STAGE. MY ONLY FOCUS IS THE DEVELOPMENT AND MATURITY OF MY GAME. WHAT TO DO,AND MORE IMPORTANTLY WHAT NOT TO DO. AS THE OLD SAYING GOES "THE GREATEST JOURNEY STARTED WITH A SINGLE STEP."
AS A FAIRLY NEW PLAYER IN THE WORLD OF CHESS, I AM TRYING TO FIND A STYLE OF PLAY THAT FITS ME. MY OPENNING NEEDS A LOT OF WORK AND SO DO MY COUNTER ATTACKS. THIS CHESS SITE IS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. MY GAME IS CONSTANTLY GETTING STRONGER. I TRULY ENJOY PLAYING,AND I WILL SOON BE ONE OF THE BEST.
