I have seen sometimes when opponent realised that he is going to lose in further moves he stopped moving pieces in order to torture his opponent so he can wait rest of the time watching screen.
That's very annoying moment is that also on you redar of fair game policy?

Report them. It violates fair play. I have received many notifications saying that action was taken. Do not worry about reporting someone who just made a mistake because they don’t take action unless it happens a lot.

I have to say that i saw this when i played 10 minute games and it was a bit annoying. Hang in there and report it if it’s excessive. I stopped playing 10 minute games and like the one day games now. I may have had only one display of poor sportsmanship, but overall very positive.

I didn't know that i have to report them too and it's also a violation, since abandonment is a separate thing when some one left the game without resignation, but in this case they also watching screen to finish the time,
