You can't castle out of, through, or into check. The rook can be moved through an attacked square, but if you're in check you have to either block the check, take the checking piece, or move the king

If you are new at chess, I recommend the lessons on this site where they explain this and other rules like ‘en passant’. 
They explain how it works in a video and afterwards you can do 5 exercises.
The new at chess lessons are free.
I'm not that new, I just didn't know until now that I couldn't castle in check XDD
