King/Queen confusing design

Hello, 

I'm having an argument with my father in law, on which one is the king and which is the queen in this cheap chess set I purchased from a fair.

Can you guys/girls help clarify our dispute?

The one with the thick head is the King. Because guys are bone-heads.

Speaking of the king, I was leaning twords the piece with the spike head. I noticed that on other kings. 

I would never have thought that, on a chess forum, there would be such inappropriate comments. 

Looks like you need a better chess set , maybe the kind people at chess.com will help lol.

My guess would be that the piece with the more pointy head is the queen. But it seems to be a unique set . That being so, there would be no definitive answer and whichever you choose to be the king would be the king.
