do you like knights better or bishops better? which should be 3.5 to you? for me it is bishop. I always trade knights for bishops.

I think both should be 1: a knight is one knight, and a bishop is one bishop. My friend, a chess piece is more than a number. The value of a piece is in what it can do.

now that I think about it, it really depends on the position. imagine in a position where a smothered mate is your last chance you have a bishop and no knight. but the bishop is tactically better because of it's movement speed and deadly skewers.

I feel good when I take everybody seriously and light-heartedly.

Yes. It's kind-of like wireless antennas. There are yagi antennas, which transmit their signals to very long distances in one direction, and omni antennas, which transmit their signals to significantly shorter distances but in all directions. Which is better? It depends. If you want to cover a classroom, put an omni antenna in the middle of the room. If you want to reach a military base across the sea, use a yagi antenna. It's simple when you look at it that way, isn't it? :)

[EDIT]

By the way, this, too, is one way to do real damage:

Nobody. Everybody has their tubelight moments: you, me, and all others. That's why it's important to support each other, to work for each other rather than against each other.
