I myself honestly like using Chess.com. I find it very easy to use and I am just used to it. All of the tools in the sidebar are located with easy-to-know pictures, and I just love how easy it is to change things about your account, like your pieces, themes, and the "Show Your Flair!" option. However, there are some features I like about Lichess. Some things I like about Lichess are all of the tournaments, the puzzle streak, and most importantly, how if there are more than two correct answers (answers with the exact same result in the same amount of moves) are both excepted. A few months back I made a post about a puzzle that I found which only excepted a rook move, not a queen move which does the exact some thing. But back on topic, another thing that I love about Chess.com is that you can see your stats, and all of the fun variants of chess like Fog of War and Automate.
