That's a tough question, but it depends on what you want to do and what you can afford. Both are good for learning, however Lichess is free. I play on both however. I like the studies on Lichess, I don't think I've encountered such an experience on chess.com, but I love Chess.com's lessons more, I guess because they give me a way to practice what I've learned right after the videos.
