Lightbulb button?

Playing against the computer, sometimes the lightbulb button suggests a move that the engine immediately marks as a mistake when I move the piece. What’s up with that...? Why does the lightbulb button suggest bad moves?
Is there any way to play against a level 5 computer but still have access to a good move recommendation? In my games against the level 5 computer, I get into situations where every move I choose is marked as a mistake or blunder, like all 10 moves that I try turn red... and even the lightbulb button is recommending a blunder. The thing is - I don’t understand WHY the moves are blunders. I’m not leaving pieces hanging or anything immediately obvious like that. So I really don’t understand what’s going on.
