The elo meter definitely overrates players, your actual rating is probably closer to chess.coms, but it you may also be underrated on here. It's not a perfect comparison because the chess poll isn't the same, but it's closer than the elo meter
Little Strange...

Also just because you have the understanding of a 1800 player doesn't always mean you play at that level consistently enough to get rated the same

yep, i think you are right in both opinions
sometimes i play really well
i have GM friend and he told me 2 years ago my fide rating would be 1500-1700 and i improved little bit after that, but here i am total loser

I have another friend(International master) and he said same
maybe, it's just a friendship

You've played 100s of games here, so that's tens of thousands of positions. That is going to be more accurate than a test that isn't even games, and only has a few dozen positions.
But also, yes, this test over estimates everyone. I took it awhile ago and got about 2300 which is silly (although it was my 2nd time seeing it, and I think they don't time you anymore right?)

is there any accurate "elometer"?
Yes, it's called OTB tournament games
Even books like these:
https://www.amazon.com/Chess-Exam-Training-Guide-Yourself/dp/0975476122
https://www.amazon.com/Ultimate-Chess-Puzzle-Book/dp/190198334X
Aren't so accurate.
Yesterday i checked my rating on this site http://www.elometer.net/ i want to know if this site is accurate or near accurate, because it says pretty funny thing, this website thinks my elo is 1800, which is strange, because you see how low is my rating is here.
