It already exists in v3 of the website and the app. Kind of hard to get a game but it is there.

Version 3 of the site. There is a link at the bottom of most pages that says Try the new Chess.com.
Click that. You'll have to log on to the new site but you can see that 960 Live is there. Like I said, it may be hard to get a game though.
Say Yes to give chess.com "The Message" to start live chess 960....thank you
