live chess cheating

it's not a lag problem at all. it's the implementation of a cheat either extra time once it has gone to zero or the opponents pieces changing position

It's cheating and if it's a bug, it's one that favors the opponent who time "seems to increase."  If a person time doesn't increase but just seem to increase it still wrong bc you're not thinking about your moves that well, you figure that, oh well, his time is going down especially if yours is going down the same.  Then all of a sudden....pop! He has more time to play you!  #$##! .  Are you a chess player or a computer programmer.  Can anyone show me  how to increase my time?

Its not a bug , Its called a Premove 

when you premove it only takes .2 seconds of the clock, problem is your not familiar with a premove so you think it is cheating
