Do you mean like the reconnecting part when it takes time away from you? Same problem happened to me.

I enter a tournement, the games starts and then although my connection is good all I get is a square spinning around on a chess board and I can do nothing. It either ends that the game has been aborted and I've lost or in a 5 min game I end up having about 2 mins to actually play or I just give up and log off and then am told that my account will be restricted. Doesn't happen every time and my connection is fine when I play. Why does this happen?
