There's a documentary about the Lyon 1990 Karpov-Kasparov world championship match (which I think is one of the best chess documentaries ever, if not the single best), which includes a lot of in-game real board footage. I hope this qualifies for the type you are looking for.

Hey everyone, if you know of any good video recordings of live, face-to-face chess games, could you please post them here? I've found a few on youtube and I really like being able to see and sometimes hear the players' demeanor as the game plays out, but I can't seem to find many more of them, at least not at high skill levels.
