If you're talking about your most recent game, you still had Ke1, so it's not stalemate.
Also, on this site, stalemate "is" an automatic draw.

you're right,
So i was playing 10 minute live chess, and i was losing, so i forced stalemate, but it wasn't a draw, my turn simply continued until i ran out of time... and my opponent wouldn't accept a draw. Shouldn't Chess.com change it so stalemate is an automatic draw?
