I have played a tournament, it is still going because the first 2 players:****** and *******  were both using software, the game between them is more than 100 moves, a clear draw for humans, but softwares don't understand it, and play till the 50 moves!

1. Please keep any accusations of cheating off of the main forums.  Use the Report Abuse function for that (click on the 'Help' link next to the 'Logout' link at the top of the page).

2. The situation you mentioned isn't sufficient cause for suspected cheating.  A lot of people come onto the forums because they don't know how to make the 50-move or threefold repetition draws work.  A lot of people might also not know about such options.  Others might know about them, but think they might be able to win on time if they think their opponent doesn't know how to make a valid claim for such draws.

I'm very sceptic to accusations of cheating, but I looked at the game and found some very strong indications towards cheating. The fact that black sacrifices his last 2 pawns to reach a theoretically drawn R+N vs. R is very 'inhuman'. Any 'human' player would try to hang on his last (connected passed) pawns as they are a practical chance to even win the game. Furthermore the overall quality of the game is quite high for a live game (especially for 1500-1800 players).

Definitely worth a look by the mods. Thread to be locked & deleted (because omnipaul has his point, although I disagree it is the policy here).

oh oh - gm level play, live, at high speed, by low raters...or so it seems to me, too.

Well, it seems that white did recognize the drawn endgame, as they claimed the draw after the 109th move.  We don't know whether or not white was making draw offers before this or not.  We don't know whether or not black recognized the drawn position.  Perhaps black played on because they thought they could get a skewer; perhaps black played on because they're the type that doesn't resign; perhaps black played on because they wanted white to prove the draw; perhaps black played on out of simple spite or other personal reasons.  The point is that there are many reasons - many non-cheating reasons, that is - that the game went the way that it did.

If you feel that your allegations are valid, then report them using the official channels.  If there truly is something to them, the staff will take care of it.  And they're more likely to see such allegations in an official report than here in the forums.  If these players are innocent, on the other hand, then you've accomplished nothing more than dragging their names through the proverbial mud for no good reason.

Please don't use the forums to name and shame people you feel are/may be cheating.

If you suspect someone, please use the top corner Help link. When that page opens, click on the left side option where it says Contact Us and submit a 'Suspected Cheat' ticket.

We provide tools to report cheating to our staff. But having several constant and redundant threads on the topic that circulate with the same questions and comments over and over again isn't helpful, and instead causes people to worry more than they need to. If you want to discuss cheating, please do it in this group
