Logged in somewhere else

The phone app keeps saying I’m logged in somewhere else. I’m not. I only ever play on my phone or laptop and my laptop is switched off.
Keeps kicking me out of games. How can I force disconnect everything so I can clear out whatever it mistakenly thinks is connected?

On the main Settings page on the website at the bottom, chose Manage Account > Manage My Data

Once you re-authenticate, there will be options to remove sessions.
