Don't know if this will help anyone but I though it was worth posting. When you acquire a Logitech Gaming Mouse it is very bneneficial to download the software onto your pc that has a tremendous impact on how the above ref mouse performes. Best thing to do is call Logitech and have them walk you through the 5 minute download if you have Windoes. It will speed up your response time tremendously. The tech guy to ask for is Mario and can be canracted at 646 4543200. He is great and the time well spent. Good luck to all. imagrandmother3
