London System Queenside Castle???

Hello! I've had good results with the London System so far, in the ~1700 Elo range. However, I have met a problem. I really want to castle queenside and create a pawn storm on the kingside. But every time I try, my opponent crushes me on the queenside. Is there any reason why it might be easier for black to create an attack due to the weak pawns? Is there some way I can protect my queenside easier? As it seems that all my pieces are on the queenside and can't protect my king at all. I have also read a few forums about masters never castling queenside in the London (when they rarely play it). Maybe I should try the Jobava- London System (or the Jobava attack) which has a slightly different structure? And finally, can any of you suggest an opening which allows pawn storms from white (on the kingside) with opposite side castling, and is semi-closed (not like the sicilian, which is quite open). This would help me very very much!!

I have had good success castling queenside OTB with the London - but under the right circumstances. I would suggest E4 may be better for you. Perhaps the Scotch and certainly vs the Sicilian? I am not sure as I do not play it!

Thanks!! Can you give me a sample (or a few) game? As when i've tried castling queenside (as i've already said) i get crushed. Thanks again!
