Are you sure this is a draw? I'm not sure, doesn't look like a draw immediately because of the a4 pawn
White plays a5 then moves his king to a4 then bishop to fi its win for white.
1.a4-a5 and Black is dead. Black cannot prevent White's king from penetrating since White can use bishop moves to put Black in zugzwang.
Yeah this is actually a win because the white king can infiltrate to b5... which automatically means the c5 pawn falls (or b4 if black refuses to capture on a4). Which automatically means white wins.
Even with a king on c6 or c7, white wins by putting the bishop on d1, the king on a3 and then pushing a4-a5.
