Looking for virtual demonstration chess board (preferently portable on usb key)

Hi,
I teach chess to children in a classroom equipped with a computer and projector and screen. And I would like to use that facility instead of a physical demonstration chess board.
The problem is I can't find the mere interface needed, anywhere so far. All I need is a board with the 64 squares, and the pieces that I can move from a square to another on the board and bedween inside and outside the board, all by simply using drag and drop with the mouse. Nothing more than that. No need to be told if a move is legal or not, nor any engine.
Can anybody help?
