losing time on premoves

why do I lose on time if I have seconds and I premove every thing in a winning position? it's not my internet. my internet speed is fine. it's ridiculous when I have enough time to premove and I lose on time. I know it takes seconds off. but I can't make like even 2 premoves with .09
I lost once on timeout and the other person had literally one millisecond left..

Premoves take a minimum of 0.1 second but can take longer if you're experiencing high lag or are seeing disconnects.
Yea my internet is ok but not the best tbf. Any way is so low. I can't really expect to get the maximum . That's like the theoretical speed. I did also notice a while ago quite a difference in lag between the website and the app. With the website having less lag. That seems ok now and I mostly play on the app now. Playing bullet on mobile is also a tricky aspect but it's a pay off Vs legging on my computer.
My removes : I move, his timer starts, I lost on time. Hahaha premove doesn't take 0.1 sec. Never had on phones anyway. 0.5 sure but don't say 0.1
