Losing to the computer

I have a feeling that most chess players are not so offended when they loose to the computer as to human opposition.

Maybe this is because the computer cannot gloat, or even feel delighted with its victory, it is simply a machine.

With most computers you can turn down the level and thrash the machine to get your own back; ah how satisfying that feels.

I'm not suggesting that you should drug your opponent or ply them with drink, but on this site you cannot see who you are playing and perhaps that helps improve your play.

i lose alot of games coz i carry on playing while drunk !!! LOL
