lost on time issue

I wish could post photos in this forum. A similar issue has occurred multiple times. I’ll make a good move, and then the game will freeze. Someone had just promoted a Pawn, and my bishop could take it. Still I first wanted to take advantage of a check I could make wt my knight first. Then the game froze, it switched over to my move, and the opponent won on time. This happens a lot wt my games. How in the world could it be their move if they were still in check. I had to wait 5 minutes for the time to go away, as if I had no moves. No I wasn’t in check.

Sounds like a disconnect from the Live server process.
