Yes, it's completely reasonable to expect a website with 7 million members to screen out people who may occasionally say "f u ck".
He wasn't even criticizing you. Sheesh, some people have such thin skin.
1. Rules say no public shaming
2. He did not swear against you, he was just angry at himself
3. you can disable chat because the matter is more that he talked to you than what he said according to you
I believe that all crybabies should be given lollipops. The main difference between playing online and playing in person is the the factor of being distracted by things. But if one doesn't have the personality or strength of mind to handle comments, imagine if someone belched or breaks wind whilst playing, or made a comment about how ugly you are or feminine you seem. Just disable chat if you can't handle it. Imagine if basketball players could just disable chat. That would put some of them out of business. Be that as it may, do not cry whatever you do.

I've been gone for 4 years, not playing chess for a while. one thing that i dont like about Chess.com is having this kind of player that make this Good organization look cheap. I swear this kid named GOOBADUGLYONE can not win any single chess in real tourney against me. my CP is old and slow and it disturb me when my opponent keep chatting and sending an inappropiate words against me while playing. i dont want to spend money here anymore and dealing with this kind of player here. Low Class!
