Lowest Rated titled player

Probably just hasn’t played a lot of Blitz yet. But I believe start out lower, so must be lower out there.

I think 1) many strong OTB players may struggle with faster time controls 2) some players get titles for winning tournaments as children and never really improve and 3) some players probably allow others to play on their account.
I have played a few titled players under 1700 blitz

They give out CM titles to weak kids who win national tournaments... but sometimes it's a best kid under 10 year old tournament, so you get really weak CMs.

But it's fine if bullet is low actually because you don't play tactically in bullet.

Well, there's a NM in our chess.com backyard who is 200 rated ( hasn't played much except against his friend who is also a NM but he's too slow for blitz)

Look at this! @Trickster_Pony is only rated 1418 in blitz. That is the lowest rated titled player I have ever seen
