luring by sacrificing material

in my blitzs games practices,i dont care whether i lose or win. i usually sacrifice material  to remove duty guards and create favorable options for attacking chances.my rating had gone down in  my past games but now it is surfacing again,by playing without fear i was able to beat 1700 plus ,1800 plus and l900 plus,  it  all started with 1600 beating me by time somestime blunder and positions, to my surprise,  this doesnt happen to me in a regular day of playing, last night.does playing without fear increases ones knowledge for advance moves. or just an accidental win because i have  not yet analyzed my games,bye this ts all for now.
