To be fair it's been scientifically discovered from DNA comparisons that most people have Neanderthal in them.....but the big brain doesn't make sense they had bigger heads but smaller brains...maybe I'm taking it to literally hahaha
He does have a typical Skyrim Orc jawline.

There's nothing mongol or autistic in him. Fischer was clearly autistic/aspergers, but undiagnosed. In this day and age, nobody goes undiagnosed about these things, your teachers pick it up before you turn 8. A large forehead is simply a sign of having a slightly larger brain than the rest, but even that doesn't mean your thoughts would be more qualitative, imo
