The UI,especially in 4 player is often laggy as hell. Often I'll make a move, then see 15 seconds tick off of my timer. Also sometimes I finish playing, go to sleep, and accidentally leave the chess.com window open. Almost every time this happens, the next day when I find it open, the system resource usage of the chess.com window is off the charts. *you probably need to be a little more selective in you javascript usage, or the javascript usage related to advertising.* it seems completely inefficient. Also the terms: your site is a magnet for cheaters. Concentrate on that before asking for things like reporting people who disconnect. Also teaming - I don't like it, but it's not really like a punishable offense. Come back to earth please. If a move is legal, or an option is available (e.g. disconnecting, or waiting for a timer to expire) then it shouldn't be a *punishable offense* - this is akin to prosecuting people for using publicly available features on your website - nazi-esk. If you could somehow detect and block cheating that would be great, though probably nearly impossible.
You need to watch Danny Rensch's recent video on . He is on with @Monitor who tells about how many dozens of accounts are closed every day and how the dedicated staff goes through automated and user-generated reports.
