It's a very double-edged opening. White is up a pawn (B + 2P is less than R + P.), so if it goes into an endgame, it is white who'll probably win this. However, black's counterplay is that he can start an attack, as the queen's gone somewhere and the B + P in the opening may even be better than the rook!
