Lots of adolescent behavior on this site. It is a shame that so many are rude and insulting. This seems most prevalent in the lower levels of blitz and bullet. The longer time controls seem to attract a more mature player. I've never had anything but polite exchanges on correspondence chess (although a few haven't wanted to chat). 3 day time controls, of course, aren't for everyone. The easiest thing to do is just put the player on your blocked list, have a good laugh at how silly insulting a fellow chess player is, and move on to your next game.
If someone is using profanity or otherwise crossing the line, you can of course take a screenshot and send it to the staff. The miscreant could have his play restricted or even be tossed from the site. Usually they just end up making a new account and are back the next day though. Pity that common courtesy is so uncommon these days.

Hi chess.com fans,
After registering on this website I started to play. On the second game, after winning in a clear manner, my opponent insulted me.
Then the several games followed and I kept receiving such feedback, and only two persons have responded to my gg.
Now I suppose that is because people over here tend to take very seriously these points, that should reflect the strength of play of one.
I guess the solution would be to play unrated, but then there are not many with whom to play... and to turn off the chat seems very rude.
Chess.com shoudl be a great friendly place where people meet to have fun and learn chess related stuff...
Any suggestions? How canwe stop this.
