Yesterday i tried 1 minutes. As i am very bad at 1 minute my rating is generally somewhere between 1600 and 1800.
I selected the criteria -100 (max 100 rating points lower) and no upper limit.
I played 10 games. Every opponent i played was lower ranked.
This can mean 3 things
1) There is such and uneven distribution of rating that there are a lot more players in the rating segment 1580-1680 than there are in the complete segment over 1680.
2) There is an even distribution but i was really really unlucky. The chances are less than 1% though
3) People avoid playing lower rated players by adding stuff like -1 to their setup.
