I guess most on here can come up with mate in ones, but not two. :)

Oh, do they not have to be FORCED mates in two like Adriandmen's wasn't? (I thought they were and spent quite awhile looking for it before finally giving up and seeing the solution)

(Spoilers for people who haven't done it yet...)

After 1.Re3, there isn't any way for white to get mate unless black moves the knight, right? So if, say, 1... Rh8, there is no mate. At least, not on the second move.

(Oh, wait, now I see that  in a case like that, 2...Ne4 would be mate. Well, there was my thought process, anyway. X_X Makes sense why that move was used by the rook moving now... just a lowly 1300! Don't mind me!)

Yeah, there's a similar (much better one) on the TT, but it's a mate in 3 I think. Just used the theme.

Do some from your own games. That'll add variety.
