I agree. If I have a choice between mating with a stronger unit and a weaker unit, I'll chose the weaker one just because it's more humiliating!

So someone frumped at me for using a lesser piece to mate. I could have used the queen, but I'm thinking 'if you didn't resign, why are you complaining?!' What is the etiquette here?
