oh man why didnt i see it, damm its beacause i had 17 seconds.. now this is my next game..its against a 2000, he offered a draw in the middle game, did he blunder or something and i didnt c it???

Hey guys this is my game..... i am black rated 1250 and my opponent white was 1976 rated.....I was on 17 seconds when i hit the draw button, and he was around 40, i didnt really have time to think of mate or anything..but i did look after the game if i could have..i didnt find any, can you guys give me any suggestion as how i played they would really be aprreciated as i am trying to get better, thanks guys :) Any recomendations or any other variotions i should have tried please leave below thanks guys :)
