Hi u need to add the site in trusted sites or u need to install the certificates of that meboo you can even put HTTPS when u browse ur web page
when ever u get such problem try to use HTTPS://website name so that authentication in any chat u need to have a secure port if its not there then the chat will not work so check the address bar if then address bar is not opening in Https:// then try to put Https:// before the site and run it or u can even install Cerificates of that web site or can even put the website in trusted site in ur browser security so that chat can work
