Try some more CM courses. Maybe that will help you make up your mind. Lots of great courses especially tactics motifs but the beginner series is well done in all the areas.

Thanks for answering :) I saw this lessons already.
I hope I will get answer from some people who used Chess Mentor from beginning.
I understand what you're saying. I am motivated to continue this, and in time I will read all books you mentioned, but like I said I want to know can Chess Mentor be used like course for beginner, and more importantly can beginner make real progress with it or is it better to study books. That is why I asked for feedback.
But I agree with your answer, I guess the more time you spend on something (whatever that something is) you'll eventually get better.

Can someone give me answer on memership question?
Good luck with the membership thing. Modern business practices are all about setting up revenue streams so yeah, chess.com is the same as the rest of them. They want a credit card # so they can autobill you. It's a good service though and well worth the money. Maybe paypal?
If you don't have a credit card you can use the Paypal option on the checkout page. You can also send a check or money order to Chess.com, PO Box 60400, Palo Alto, CA 94306
Yes. Take a plan for a test drive and if you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can get a full refund for up to 30 days. No questions asked. If you just want to switch to a different plan you can do so at any time in your "Membership" settings without any penalties.
You can change plans any time without losing your membership credit! Simply choose your new plan and your existing membership credit will be applied to your new membership plan.
Hi guys, I have few questions and I hope you can give me some answers, I searched forum but couldn't find what I was looking for.
1. I want to upgrade my account to gold membership (1 month first to try it out). I read somewhere that there is automatic membership renew, and I don't want that. I found this on some topic about "whole year subscription" and I am interested to see if that is the case with monthly subscription too?
2. I am beginner, I started playing chess before two or three months. I was familiar with rules and everything before I just never played it seriously. I'm using tactic trainer for some time and I have tactic rating near 850.
Can I learn chess (with this level) on Chess Mentor? Or better question: "Is Chess mentor great tool for beginners?"
This is very important question for me because I want to know if I should upgrade to premium. If chess mentor is great tool for beginners I wanna use it, but if it's not, or there is better solution then what's the point of getting premium membership?
Can you give me some advice where to learn and how to learn chess? Should I learn using Chessmaster, Chess.com or maybe International Chess School?
I read "Study Plan" on Chess.com but I am confused, I can see there some videos, computer workouts, advises, but I can't really see Chess course, where I can go from one lesson to another and increase my knowledge step by step. Which brings me back to question about Chess Mentor.
