There is sometimes a further continuation, if White retreats the Bishop to h4 instead (refusing to unpin). Then you play Rd8 (to clear the f8 square), Nf8, Ng6 attacking the Bishop again... and if he returns it to g5, you finally play h6.

@LightingGunne thanks for the example, and @blueemu thanks for the further continuation. I'd like to point out that this strategy should not be tried in open positions for it wastes a lot of time. 'How Magnus crushes Pins' by Nelson Lopez (Check out his channel - ChessVibes) is a helpful video.
Could someone please explain to me what a Metger Unpin is? I thought I knew what it was, but when I told my local club director he said it was wrong. Thanks.
