Mid game problem

Maybe if you are playing at time, you should give yourself more time, playing e.g. 30 min matches instead of 10 min matches or whatever you are currently playing. Just an idea, hope it could help

No you’re rating is about my UCSF rating. You should focus on trying to be a better middle game attacker: do lots of tactics and lessons here of this is one your main resources. If you’re good at endgame, try to trade off pieces as quickly as you can to reach it as fast as possible. In addition, maybe learn one or two good openings for both black and white (ex; ruy Lopez and Sicilian) so your middle game can be a bit more comfortable and to will have many more attacking lines

I have learned these 2 openings and i m playing it well, also i m trying to trade off pieces, but my opponents don t want it. If i force these trades, usually i come in very bad position.
I ll try with tactics lessons here at chess.com. Every match is different so i m sure i won t have the same examples in my next games, but maybe i learn to use my brain on that way. 
Also, i m playing faster matches because i often play blitz tournaments in real, so i want to practice fast thinking.

Karla, U should develop some midgame strategies (not only tactics): attacks on king's and queen's flanks, pawn storms, exploiting a weakness (like an isolated pawn) and so on. So far, U have only one strategy: trade off your pieces, it's not good. 
watch the games of great players at chessgames.com. I got better at middle game doing that.

Have you considered doing something radical... like reading a book on the middle game?
Once I traded my whole advantage away and lost the game

Guys i really feel frustrated and need your help!
I m playing serious chess 6 years already for club, open tournaments and stuff like that, i never had trainer because started to play as adult, and everything i have learned by myself (videos, experience, some programs).
Anyway, i m still so awful after opening part of game ends and mid game starts. I m totally loosing compass, see nothing, doing useless moves because there are so many combinations i just cant handle.
I m good in endgame anyway, so whenever i succeed to reach this part of game - and its rare
- im winner.
Can anyone help me with some advice, or i m just one of the lost cases, totally anti-talented person who has to forget her biggest hobby of all time, meaning of whole her life, for her own good?
