I think my errors are becoming more frequent as I drift through middle age into full adulthood. Most commonly, I'll write Black's moves as if they were White's, so Ke7 becomes Ke2.

I'm sure I'm like most players, as I've gotten better there are less and less mistakes on my score sheets in tournaments. I'm proud to say that I've almost eliminated all mistakes but I've noticed that it's still common for me to transpose the 1s and 8s (and an occasional other error now and then).
I was wondering if I'm lucky enough to make it to expert/master if the mistakes will be even less common (or finally disappear), or is it just a matter of going to many tournaments (I don't play frequently).
