It is not possible on app. Based on comments from Erik a couple months ago, there seems like there is no plans to implement arrows on mobile.
That's sad that they still don't implement them, it would be kinda easy to do, you could use clicks for moving the pieces on the board and draw arrows with drag. Both wouldn't be possible so only If there is an option to turn it on and off so you could just draw arrows for visualisation, click to turn off and drag the pieces. I hope it would be implemented someday, the app is perfect for play when you're not at home and therefore I would love to see more done for it.
