Yeah, in the first game, e4 wasn't such a great move, but neither was his Bxe3 giving you the e3 central pawn. Also, even though you were up a pawn, you had a passive position, so giving it up to force a draw isn't bad, but you had much more time than your opponent, so you could probably have calculated through it more precisely, maybe even play for the win given his time situation. As for the second game, I can show you a system to use against the c4 reti. I think 11...e5 would have been a good positional idea, locking his pawn to e4, making his bishop worse, at the same time, that move liberates your light squared bishop.

Here are games 1, 2, and 4 from the Raider tournament. I am not showing the 3rd because it is kind of cheap.
#1 Draw because of my lack of strategy
#2 draw (maybe because of opponent's time pressure)
#3 cheap game
#4 i was kind of tired so i messed up the opening (again)
Do you have any suggestions on what is the best way for me to approach these problems?
