I find 10 min games to quick and 20 min a little to long and if you try anything in between you won’t find anyone so I think they should make more official game times like a 15 minute one this way your not limited to 10 or 20 and I don’t know where I could send this to chess.com support so I’m posting it here

There's 15|10 and 10|5
