No is replying because... they don't want to reply! :) They would rather move on. I have no idea what you should do, if she's interested ask her as any normal person would. If she likes you then whether she says she wants into the chess club or not is not a big deal. *sigh* I'm done! I'm not a love doctor! >:(

Okay so there is this really hot girl in my school who likes playing chess (for fun). I am trying to convince her to acquire a uscf rating and play in the local clubs. I am trying to get her to come to the BCM club in Ridgewood but the problem is is that she would be the only girl and most of the guys there are old. What should I do???
