My fide rating has gone up by 200 points
my FIDE rating has gone up alot for no reason

I haven't played a fide rated tournament for over 4 years so I suppose it must be some sort of resetting of grades

I have not played a game since 2011. Just checked my fide profile because I'm about to do a couple of matches and wanted to check what my ELO was. It was 1891...and now it's 1935. (way to go FIDE)
A national rating is your national rating. A USCF rating is the USCF ratings. And FIDE rating is the FIDE ratings.
